DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We provide free shipping for customers with orders over $60. For orders under $60, you only need to pay $10 for shipping, and we will provide you with logistics services.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Saturday, between 9am and 2pm

HOW LONG IT TAKES TO PREPARE MY ORDER BEFORE SHIP OUT?

In general, it takes 2-3 working days for us for quality inspection, order packing before shipping.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We use USPS/FEDEX/UPS/DHL to ship our orders, and the shipping time varies by location. These are our estimated delivery time for our main markets:

 West Europe: 5-8 business days

  East Europe: 7-10 business days

North Europe: 5-10 business days

         Australia: 5-7 business days

  New Zealand: 6-9 business days

          Canada: 5-7 business days

        East Asia: 3-4 business days

* A business day is considered every official work day of the week. These are the days between and including Monday through Friday, and do not include public holidays and weekends.

*In case of some situations such as force major, customs, holiday, festival, wrong address and so on. The shipping time will be slower than usual. In this case, we cannot control.

Force Major, which includes but is not limited to, acts of governments, acts of nature, fire, explosion, typhoon, flood, earthquake, tide, lightning, war, means any event that is beyond the Party’s reasonable control and cannot be prevented with reasonable care.

FOR PRE-ORDERED OR BACK-ORDERED ITEMS:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. If you are unsure of your Tracking ID. Please allow 1-3 working days for the tracking information to show.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility for us to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us within 48 hours since order submitterd at [email protected] if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier, if you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected].

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you don’t receive the tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-2 business days for the tracking information to be updated into the online system since the tracking number issued. If there is still no information on your tracking code within 5 days since you receive it, please contact us at [email protected]

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
